Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@latelier.co.uk stating the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label by email to print and attach to your parcel before dropping it off at your nearest post office or collection point.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs
We cover all return shipping costs within 30 days of receiving your order. There are no restocking fees.
Specific Return & Refund Conditions
Change of mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Faulty items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team immediately — ideally within 48 hours — for instructions. L'Atelier will cover all return costs within 30 days and provide a replacement or full refund.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please send us photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover return costs where applicable.
Incorrect item received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will cover all return costs and ensure you receive the correct product promptly.
Item not received: If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the item cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Cancellation after ordering: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure upon receipt.
Policy for Damaged or Faulty Items
Upon receiving a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team — ideally within 48 hours, or as soon as you notice the issue. Please send us photographs of the fault or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a full replacement or refund.
Policy for Non-Damaged Items
You may return an unused, undamaged item within 30 days, provided it is in its original packaging. Please note this does not apply to personalised items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Timeframes
Return window: Returns must be reported and dispatched within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
Refund conditions: A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for faulty or incorrectly delivered items are approved following inspection.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
