Shipping Costs
No Hidden Fees: All costs associated with your order — including any applicable taxes and shipping fees — are clearly displayed before payment is confirmed.
Service Area
Our delivery services are exclusively available within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Processing time before dispatch: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time after dispatch: 3– 6working days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 3–9 working days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery timeframes may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as carrier strikes or severe weather conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We work exclusively with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time prior to dispatch — ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please note that once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled for logistical reasons.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you notice that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please refuse delivery where possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@latelier.co.uk
If all parcels have been delivered but an item is still missing, please contact our customer service team by email.
Product Accuracy
At L'Atelier, we make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible, so that you know exactly what you are ordering. If the items received do not match their description, customers may request a return or refund at no cost.
Returns
